we all are familiar with Harley Quinn’s character , I am one of the fans of her looks and character was very fascinating and unique but as a psychologist I found her as a criminal, anyways I love her style .i built a psychological assessment report on her and it was very entrusting work for me as I took the whole history and an imaginary Harley Quinn in front of me . this is how we make a psychological assessment report of a client who really exists.

Qualification
Ph.D. in Psychology and Neurological disorders from Gotham State University
1.0 Level in Gymnastics from Olympic Class Athletics.
Personal history:
She has done Ph.D. in psychology and worked in Arkham Asylum. She met a criminal named Mr. Joker who was a present there. She was thinking that she is curing him but the countertransference had been granted .she fell in love with Mr. Joker and helped him to escape.
Joker pretended that he also loves him but after escape, he becomes abusive to her. He had attempted to kill her many times. He gave her electric shocks. But after some time he had started to feel same as she does. They both become the most wanted criminals.
She does not have symptoms before. she just had bad relations with family, and feel worthlessness. the Mr.Joker attempted to kill her by giving electrical shocks.
Family history:
She does not have good relations with family. Her father was a con man and arrested by police. Her mother used to criticize her on everything, e.g. on her dressing and on her living style.
Her younger brother wants to become a rock star and spend most of the time in practice. Her sister is also suffering from a psychological illness (conversion disorder).
Crime history:
- She was involved in many crimes
- Murder cases of many innocent people
- Robbery of banks and money
- Helping the criminals to escape from jail
- Attacking on police many times
Provisional hypothesis
Harley Quinn seems to be a delusional psychotic who recreated her persona to that of the clown character Harlequin, after forming an extreme obsession with The Joker.
And there is a chance of conversion disorder.
Harley is prone to extremely violent mood swings, alternating with periods of comatose-like trance states, in which she has delusions and dreams of her desired life with The Joker. When upset, Harley responds savagely, her fragile mental condition responding instinctively, where she will fly into frenzies and attempt physical harm, upon herself and others
Assessment
Informal assessment:
She knew the time and date properly
but her looks were quite different, like a clown.
Formal assessment
Projective tests can be used e.g. TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) to find the internal conflicts and psychopathic behavior.
There is psychotic illness so medication is compulsory
Suggestions and management techniques:
Lithium – prevention of delusional trances
Tranquilizers – to calm after entering the frenzied state
Strait Jacket – only when extreme violence occurs.
Group Therapy – once a week, female residents only, NO JOKER, overseer – Dr. Joan Leland.
Individual Therapy – Therapist – Dr. Joan Leland. Methods – firstly, turning her head from crime, secondly, breaking the obsession with The Joker, thirdly, training her to be able to re-enter society and live an independent life.
Isolation – only when the behavior has been particularity uncontrollable.
Privileges – usual association in the Common Room, two hours every day, preferably NO JOKER.
One hour in the gym every day.
One hour in the Library every day.
Conclusion :
Harley Quinn was suffering from a psychotic disorder which is called delusion disorder. she had the symptoms of conversion disorder before but the symptoms convert into delusions.
